Refunds & Transfers: Tickets to our events are non-refundable. Tickets are transferable but may not be resold.

Recording & Media: All events are recorded, and photos/videos may be used on the organizers’ websites, the event's website and various social media platforms. By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used in promotional materials.

Food & Allergies: The food served at the events may contain allergens. Attendees are responsible for checking ingredients and managing their own dietary needs.
